Ride was excellent but I found the charging point was loose, every time whenever the bus was shaking a little bit phone charger was falling down from the 3 pin socket charging point!

First thing was the charging socket is on the upper side and also loose due to which I couldn't charge my phone as it falls down. For charging I had to keep holding the charger which was not possible. Secondly, there was two AC vents in my cabin and out of them only one was controllable. As the AC was cooling too much, I wanted to turn off the AC vent, but I couldn't, as it had no slider in that.
