I recently traveled from Delhi to Mandi with your service, and while the bus itself was in good condition, I faced a significant issue regarding the drop-off location. Before booking, I confirmed with customer service that the bus would stop near the Mandi bus stand. However, when I arrived at the Delhi departure point, I was informed by the conductor that the bus would not go to the bus stand and would instead drop passengers at the bypass, approximately 5-6 kilometers away. This was particularly inconvenient as I was traveling at night, and around 4 a.m., I was left in an isolated area with no nearby transportation options, which put me in a difficult and potentially unsafe situation. I hope you can address this issue as clear information about bus stops is crucial for passengers' safety and comfort, especially at night.
